At AUMVARA – Sacred Beads. Elevated Energy., customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.
7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged during transit.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, certificates, tags, invoices, and complimentary items must be returned.
A clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened may be required for damaged or incorrect item claims.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, spiritual, and authenticity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Energized or blessed Rudraksha
Customized or personalized products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
Defective products
Damaged products
Incorrect items shipped
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), AUMVARA will arrange or reimburse the return shipping.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
